With the Ryder Cup fast approaching oddschecker gives you a break down of all the key betting markets, before Europe take on the USA.
The bi-annual extravaganza that is the Ryder Cup takes place this week, with star-studded teams from the USA and Europe teeing off against each other.
But who is the favourite to win the coveted event? Who will be the top point scorers from across the pond and from these shores? Where is the money going?
Oddschecker has taken a look at the betting, ahead of the marquee matchup.
Who is the favourite
At the time of writing, the US team hold a considerable advantage in the market ahead of the action this weekend.
Spearheaded by the likes of Bryson DeChambeau and Jordan Spieth, the American team is the consensus 8/15 favourite to win at Whistling Straights.
That’s lengthened slightly from the 8/11 that was on offer earlier in the year, but still gives the Americans an implied 65.2% chance of winning.
On the other side of the pond, Europe enters the contest as relatively sizable underdogs from a betting perspective, at the best price of 12/5.
Some bookies are coyer on the chances of Jon Rahm and co, however, with odds as short as 15/8 available with Betway and Unibet.
There have only been two ‘draws’ in Ryder Cup History (1969 and 1989), and you can back a third to happen this year at a lengthy 12/1.

Who will score the most points?
Although played as a team contest, punters can bet on which individual will score the most points at the Ryder Cup.
At the time of writing, it’s a European and world number one who leads the market, with Jon Rahm the 7/1 clear favourite.
That’s ahead of a group of Americans, with Justin Thomas the clear second favourite in the market at 11/1 followed by Patrick Cantlay, Jordan Spieth and Rory McIlroy at the same price.
Dustin Johnson is next in the market at 12/1, then comes Olympic gold medallist Xander Schauffele (14/1), Bryson DeChambeau (16/1) and Viktor Hovland (18/1).
Where is the money going?
Despite the odds appearing lop-sided in Team USA’s favour, the percentage of bets is relatively tight over a number of different time periods.
Exactly 50% of all bets in the last 24 hours have backed Europe to head home from Whistling Straights as champions, with 44% on the USA and the remaining 6% on the draw.
When looking at all bets over the last week, punters have been keener on Team Europe, accruing over 55% of all bets.
