Three horses that have made moves in the market this morning.
Betancourt has gone from 5/2 to now the 2/1 favourite in the 17.20 at Kelso. Henry Brooke was a winner on the saddle last time out at Sedgefield over the same distance.
Over at Uttoxeter, Mash Potato is now as short as 11/4 after being installed originally at a best price of 9/2. This normally reliable horse was held up on his last run where he finished 2nd and is favoured to go one better today.
Staying at the same course, the favourite in the 16.00, Sporting Boy, was available at 7/2 earlier but is now just 11/4 with on bookie and as short as 9/4 elsewhere. Noel Fehily’s ride led after the 8th at Newton Abbott but couldn’t find anything to beat the eventual winner and the step down in trip should suit.
