Sunday Horse Racing Market Movers

Sunday Horse Racing Market Movers

A round-up of the most popular horses in the markets so far today.

Goodwood 14:00 – Harry Hunt

HARRY HUNT has a good record in this race. He won here back in 2013 & came second two years ago. Punters seem confident that he’ll keep this up today, and the odds have reacted. You could have got 12/1 on the Graeme McPherson horse, but has been shortened to just 9/2 with some bookmakers. Harry Hunt can still be backed at a best price of 6/1.

Goodwood 15:10 – Royal Household

ROYAL HOUSEHOLD has had three outings at Goodwood, with one win under his belt. Punters are backing this track experience to be key this afternoon, shortening his odds from 5/1 down to just 2/1 (best price 3/1). Richard Hanlon will be hopeful for another good run this afternoon.

Naas 16:10 – Mearu

We’ve seen a big shift in price for MEARU in the 16:10 at Naas. 9/2 was available on this 3-year old filly, but is now just 5/2, although you can still get a best price of 10/3. She’s wearing a tongue tie and cheekpieces today, and bettors expect her to go well.

Goodwood 17:25 – Noble Peace

NOBLE PEACE usually runs well at Goodwood, and is attracting a lot of bets this morning. He finished second & third on his last two visits here, and steps up in trip today. Punters are predicting this to suit him, and Nobel Peace can now be backed at best price of 7/2, having been 13/2 this morning. Some bookmakers have him priced as short as 11/4.
