Vis A Vis is the most popular pick for Saturday's big field handicap at Newmarket.
In what is a notoriously hard race to call, Oddschecker users are swaying toward the current fourth favourite, Vis A Vis, for Saturday's Cesarewitch Handicap.
The 12/1 shot accounts for 15.8% of all bets placed on the race through Oddschecker in the last 24 hours, over double that of the favourite, Stratum (7.5%).
Neil Mulholland's colt comes into the race on the back of two wins at Sandown and Kempton. The form of the latter victory has been boosted as several who finished lengths behind him that day have gone on to enter the winners enclosure of late.
The booking of the excellent Silvestre De Sousa is another reason the four-year-old is proving popular with Oddschecker users. The Brazilian jockey has been in fine form all season and claimed his third Champion Flat Jockey title, and has won this big field handicap the last two years.
Second favourite Southern France is also receiving support from punters, accruing 11.9% of bets and is currently available at prices ranging from 8/1 to 10/1.
To find the third most popular bet on the race you have to go further down the market to Uber Cool, with 10.4% of bets. The 25/1 poke has three triumphs to his name this year.
