First off at Redcar in the 15.00, CHINESE SPIRIT has seen a significant gamble, going from 10/1 into 4/1 best price. Successful at two shorter trips than this distance, he is making his course debut today.
Sticking to the same course in the very next race, WESTBROOK BERTIE has gone from 8/1 into 4/1 in places, with a best price of 5/1 available. A winner over 1m2f, it will be interesting to see if he can transfer his previous success over heavy ground onto a surface that is currently a lot softer.
Finally late on at Kempton at 20.00, PEACE PREVAILS has gone from 14/1 all the way ot 6/1 best price. Making her first run out of Jim Boyle's stable, the three-year-old will be looking for her first win since June.
