We take a closer look at the horses moving in the markets across the UK and Ireland today.
First up in the 13:15 at Sandown, it's MOLINEAUX. Starting out at 15/2, he's now as short as 4/1, with a best price of 5/1. Colin Tizzard's gelding was a consistent performer over hurdles last season and hasn't raced since a win in April at Chepstow. Punters are expecting big things as he goes chasing.
Next at Ffos Las in the 15:05, we have POBBLES BAY. Originally priced way out at 12/1, the odds have been cut to 7/2 in places, at a best price of 5/1. Pulling up five out last time out in April at this same track, punters are hoping for more today from the eight-year-old. He struggled over fences last year but could benefit from a drop in grade here.
Finally, at the same track half an hour later, it's JEPECK. Priced at 4/1 when markets opened, some bookies have shortened their price to 7/4, settling on a best price of 2/1. Respectable last season with a serious of finishes in the places, he is expected to outstay this field today. This will be his debut for Anthony Honeyball's yard since moving just last week.
