We take a closer look at the horses moving in the markets across the UK and Ireland today.
First up in the 14:55 at Newcastle, JALMOUD has become an odds-on favourite and is now 10/11 best price after being 13/8 earlier. A horse that has some eye-catching pedigree, he is the full-brother to Magic Lily, who finished third in the Fillies Mile. He's also out of Dancing Rain, who is a former Oaks winner.
Next up in the 15:40 at Market Rasen, LEMON T has had a healthy cut in price, going from 11/2 into a best price of 4/1, with some bookies going as short as 3s. The five-year-old Grey is a full-brother to Temple Man, a former 2m winner, although that was over hurdles.
Finally, in the opener at Wolverhampton, SWANSDOWN has gone from 9/4 into 11/10 best price and don't be surprised if we soon see odds-on prices. All three previous runs have been at Newmarket, with lukewarm results. It's hoped a change of scenery will produce an upturn in form this evening.
