We take a closer look at the horses moving in the markets across the UK and Ireland today.
First up, in the 13:40 at Kelso, NOT THE CHABLIS has had his odds more than halved from 12/1 to 5/1 in places, with 6/1 the best price. A bumper winner in Ireland, the five-year-old is yet to score over hurdles for his new yard. Having been backed in to third favourite, today could be the day.
Next, in the 14:55 at Navan, we have FROM EDEN. Shortening from 5/2 as far as 5/4, 13/8 is the best price available. Failing to find any form for his previous trainer, this will be his first start for Gordon Elliott, who is well placed to get the best out of him.
Finally, in the 15:10 at Newbury, FLYING TIGER has steamed in from 11/1 to as short as 5/1, with 6/1 still on offer. Without a win since finishing a 33/1 winner of the Fred Winter Juvenile Hurdle at the 2017 Cheltenham Festival, there are still signs Nick Williams' gelding has something to offer.
