Each day oddschecker pick out the Market Movers for horse racing in the UK and Ireland, with today's top three in action at Newcastle, Ffos Las & Huntingdon.
How does it work?
The oddschecker Market Movers page allows you to see the horses which have shortened or lengthened the most in the markets since they opened. Steamers are selections that have been well backed and shortened, while drifters have done the opposite.
Each day we look at the races in UK and Ireland to pick out the top three steamers, or selections with the biggest positive Average Market Swing* at the time of writing.
Thursday's Market Movers
Colourful Dream (16:55 Newcastle) – 2/1 to 4/6 (10/11 Best Odds)
First up in the 16:55 Newcastle is COLOURFUL DREAM. He has been the favourite for today's race since the start and the three-year-old's odds have shortened significantly to odds-on-favourite. Charlie Appleby's horse was well fancied for his debut at Newmarket and beaten but support is still strong for the three-year-old who could be a lot better than the result suggested there.
