2. The promotion
   1. The title of this giveaway promotion (the “Promotion”) is “Claim Your Free Oddschecker iPhone Portable Charger”.
   2. You can claim a free Oddschecker iPhone portable charger when signing up to an offer with Dribble Media Limited trading as “Midnite” (“Midnite”) on www.oddschecker.com and making your first deposit with Midnite.
   3. This Promotion is for new customers of Midnite only.
3. How to enter
   1. The Promotion Window will run from 00:00 on 9th March 2024 (the "Opening Date") to 07:00 1st June 2024 (the "Closing Date"). Any registrations with Midnite made prior to the Opening Date or after the Closing Date will not qualify for the Promotion.
   2. All registrations and placements of deposits with Midnite must be completed no later than 07:00 on the Closing Date. Registrations or deposit placements actioned after 07:00 on the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

4. Eligibility
   1. The Promotion is only open to residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except:
      1. employees of Oddschecker or its holding or subsidiary companies;
      2. employees of agents or suppliers of Oddschecker or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
      3. members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
   2. In entering the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the giveaway. Oddschecker may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Promotion.
   3. There is a limit of one entry per person, family, household address, email address and IP address. Oddschecker reserves the right to withdraw the availability of the Promotion to any person or group of persons at any time.

5. The giveaway
   1. The giveaway is an iPhone portable charger.
   2. Oddschecker reserves the right to replace the giveaway with an alternative item of equal or similar value if circumstances beyond Oddschecker's control make it necessary to do so.
   3. The giveaway is not negotiable or transferable.
6. Delivery of the giveaway
   1. After the Closing Date Oddschecker shall deliver the giveaway to all eligible participants. We expect to deliver the giveaway within 30 days from users qualifying deposit with Midnite. Please note that these times are only approximate.
   2. Oddschecker uses Prizeshark Ltd as its packaging and delivery agent and by entering this Promotion you agree that Oddschecker shall share your name, email address and postal address, all received from the Selected Bookmaker, with Prizeshark Ltd for the purposes of delivering the giveaway to you. Prizeshark Ltd shall hold your data in accordance with its own policies. Oddschecker shall delete your details once delivery of the giveaway has been fulfilled.

   3. Oddschecker does not accept responsibility for any fault, malfunction, damage, loss or disappointment suffered by you as a participant howsoever arising from participating in the Promotion or from accepting and using the giveaway whether due to any error or omission by Oddschecker.
   4. Oddschecker is not responsible for any damage or loss caused to you (i) which is not reasonably foreseeable to you and Oddschecker when you enter the Promotion, or (ii) is reasonably foreseeable to you and Oddschecker on entry but is only indirectly related to you entering or participating in the Promotion.
   5. You agree to reimburse Oddschecker in respect of any damages or losses that Oddschecker has suffered resulting from any claim made by a third party in each case in respect of any matter arising from your participation in the Promotion in breach of these terms and conditions or from your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
8. Data protection
   1. Oddschecker will only process your personal information as set out in www.oddschecker.com/myoddschecker/privacy.
9. General
   1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Oddschecker may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Promotion.
   2. Oddschecker reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
   3. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any participants in this Promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
