Voting for Jeremy Corbyn’s replacement is underway...
Keir Starmer is in a commanding lead at the bookmakers to become the next permanent Labour Leader, but odds have been cut on outsider Lisa Nandy.
Starmer is the clear favourite in the market at 1/8, implying he has an 89% chance of replacing Jeremy Corbyn.
However, odds have been cut in the last 24 hours on the least likely (according to bookies) candidate, Lisa Nandy.
In that time frame, odds have been cut from 33/1 into 16/1, meaning Nandy is not hot on the heels of second favourite, Rebecca Long-Bailey.
The aforementioned Long-Bailey continues to drift in the market. Having previously been as short as 2/1, she’s now best price 10/1.
In the last 24 hours, 46% of all bets in the market have backed the Member of Parliament for Wigan, sending her price crashing.

“With an implied winning probability of 89%, it’s incredibly difficult to look past the red-hot favourite, Sir Keir Starmer.
