Donald Trump's odds are diminishing by the day...
Joe Biden has been installed as the betting favourite to become the next President of the United States with every bookmaker in the UK, for the very first time since the markets opened.
Bookies cut Biden’s odds this morning to 19/20, meaning that he has nipped ahead of long-time favourite Donald Trump at 11/10.
In simple terms, these numbers equate to an implied probability of 51.3% for Mr
Biden, compared to 47.6% for Mr Trump.
The shift comes from Trump’s handling of the Black Lives Matter protests over the last week, with 71% of all bets in that time period backing Biden.
