Voters are preparing to flock to the polling station on Thursday 4th July to vote in the 2024 General Election called by Rishi Sunak on the 22nd May.
However, as current odds suggest, Sunak might have just dug his own grave as the Conservatives look set to receive their lowest amount of seats in the 200-year history of the party.
Of the 650 constituencies the Conservatives are favourites to win just 91 of those.
They can be backed at a best price of 10/11 at Ladbrokes to receive under 99.5 seats in the election.
This would be lower than their 1997 performance which saw the Conservatives win 165 seats in the House of Commons and receive 30.7% share of the total votes which was their worst performance since 1918.
They are currently given a 30% chance of receving a 19.99% share of votes or less at a best price of 23/10 at Paddy Power.
Labour on the other hand are set to win by one of the biggest landslides the country has ever seen as they are current favourites to win 451 of the 650 seats available.
