The Runcorn and Helsby by-election takes place today and as those in the area take to the polls, we examine how you can bet on the vote, and what this means for any future General Election.
The by-election was called following the suspension of Labour MP Mike Amesbury in October 2024 after videos emerged showing Amesbury punching man to the ground.
