The bookmakers are confident about the three headline acts for Glastonbury 2024.
The top three acts in the latest Glastonbury headliner odds are now each more than 60% likely even at best bookmaker prices through oddschecker.
Dua Lipa (2/5), Madonna (4/7) and Coldplay (4/7) are best priced on Betfred to headline any night on the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury 2024.
Glastonbury 2024 Lineup
Dua Lipa has been odds to headline Glastonbury 2024 with all bookmakers since July 2023. Rumoured to be a surprise guest in 2023, the 28-year-old reportedly only missed Sir Elton John's headliner set due to a "long-standing commitment in New York".
The odds on Madonna, meanwhile, have been shortening since a high of 7/2 in early October.
Glastonbury co-organiser Emily Eavis was present at the first show of Madonna's Celebration Tour at The O2 in London (14th October), with fans taking this to assume the 65-year-old America would be part of the Glastonbury 2024 lineup.
Eavis responded to criticism of having three male headliners in 2023 (Arctic Monkeys, Guns N'Roses and Sir Elton John), saying that "it's looking like we've got two female headliners for 2024".
At the end of October, Coldplay were considered 57% likely at 8/11 on William Hill but the four-time headliners are now as short as 1/5 on Coral (83% chance).
If they were to headline, Coldplay would beat The Cure for most headline appearances, having last headlined in 2016 (other times in 2002, 2005 and 2011).
