Britain's Dan Evans caused a major upset by stunning world number seven Marin Cilic to reach the third round of the Australian Open.
Evans, who is ranked number 51, continued his fine form by beating the Croat 3-6 7-5 6-3 6-3 in the second round of the Australian Open.
After recovering from a poor first set, Evans took the match by the scruff of the neck by breaking the big serve of Cilic consistently in the next three sets.
It is the second time the British number three has beaten a top-10 player and will be his first time in the third round of the Australian Open. He will face either Bernard Tomic or Victor Estrella Burgos.
Following a great year in 2016 ,where he reached the third round at Wimbledon and the US Open, the Brit has started 2017 in fine form. This win against Cilic follows his run to the final of the Sydney International last week, where he lost to Gilles Muller.
He will be hoping to make it to the fourth round of a Grand Slam for the first time on Friday and while he doesn't have any realistic chance of winning the tournament at 300/1 he is providing ample support for fellow Brits Andy Murray and Johanna Konta in the draw.
