Who are the leading contenders going into the CBB house tonight?

After a couple of months speculation, the launch date for Celebrity Big Brother is finally here.

This year there will be a mix of all-stars from previous series and new celebs heading into a new look Celebrity Big Brother house.

Producers are reportedly keen to encourage old flames to rekindle and new relationships to blossom in an attempt to 'sex-up' the show.

Katie Price was installed as the favourite while rumours were swirling around who was entering house but now the lineup has been confirmed we've taken a look at the chances of the top five celebs, according to the odds.

Calum Best

Calum Best is the 5/1 favourite on his return to the house, now that the line up has been announced.

He came third in a strong year in 2015, only finishing behind Katie Price and Katie Hopkins. With neither of those two going in he will fancy his chances of winning, saying earlier this week "I've got a lot of time for Celebrity Big Brother, it has done a lot for me."

Spencer Pratt/Heidi Montag

It's not abundantly clear whether the public will warm to the former Hills duo this time around, with the pair installed as one of the favourites with some bookmakers but 25/1 with others.

The last time they were in the house was in 2013 and became the most controversial housemates ever, ruffling the feathers of their fellow housemates and the public alike. They did do well in that series though, only losing out to Rylan Clark-Neal.

Austin Armacost

Austin Armacost is another who is expected to do well and is the favourite in places. It could be one or the other between him and Speidi for a lot of viewers though, with Austin saying he hates the couple "as everyone in America does".

The American model lost out to Apprentice contestant James Hill in 2015 and will be looking to go one better this year. He won support during that show for shaving his head in support of Alopecia sufferer, Gail Porter.

Jamie O'hara

Currently without a club, footballer Jamie O'Hara goes into the house as one of favourites. It is unclear just how well he will do though, with a big range in his chances as well, from 8/1 to 14/1.

That's understandable with him being one of the new celebs in this series, with no one sure what to expect from him. He follows in the footsteps of ex-wife Danielle Lloyd when she went into the house in 2008.

Ray J

Ray J joins O'Hara as being one of the new celebrities in this year's series.

He is expected to do well at odds of around 10/1 but he is another enigma going into tonight. He found fame in the States, starring in The Sinbad Show in the 90s and later for his infamous sex tape with then-girlfriend Kim Kardashian in 2003.
