We check on the betting odds for the favourites to win Love Island 2023 after the latest summer series launched last night.
Who are the favourites to win Love Island 2023?
Mitchel Taylor and Molly Marsh consolidated their favouritism for Top Man and Top Woman in the new series of Love Island after last night's opening show.
Taylor, a 26-year-old gas engineer from Sheffield, was expected to be popular in the villa - as shown by his best odds of 3/1 (25% implied chance of winning) before the series hit the screens.
One episode in, he remains available for 11/4 with one bookmaker but has been cut into 7/4 with most across the oddschecker grid (worst price of 17/10).
Meanwhile, his new 'partner' Marsh has seen an identical odds shift. The 21-year-old daughter of former Coronation Street actress Janet Marsh has also come in from a pre-show best price of 3/1 to a general 7/4 with 11/4 available through Betfred.

Love Island Odds
With eight weeks to go you can expect huge changes in the betting markets, but the closest competitors to Taylor and Marsh at this stage (according to the bookmakers at least) are Andre Furtado (best price 4/1 for Top Man) and Jess Harding (9/2 for Top Woman).

Furtado had been extremely popular with oddschecker punters before the opening show, accounting for just over 53% of bets placed in the Top Man market.
Catherine Agbaje, meanwhile, had been the stand-out betting option among the women - with the commercial real estate agent taking just under 48% of the bets placed in the Top Woman market. The 22-year-old has drifted from 4/1 to 6/1 (14/3% chance) with one bookmaker after Monday’s show.
