The Traitors Season 2 Odds: Who will win The Traitors?

Episode 6 of the Traitors Season 2 ended on a cliffhanger.

The Traitors Season 2 is back on the BBC tonight with the first of three more episodes this week. We left the action in the Scottish castle last Friday wondering if Diane had successfully been murdered in plain sight by the trio of traitors.

It was part of a task in which one of the ‘faithfuls’ had to be tricked into drinking from a cursed chalice filled with poisoned wine before the clock struck midnight.

Diane has been popular with viewers since the big revelation from the first week of The Traitors Season 2, which was that the 63-year-old retired teacher is actually the mother of fellow contestant Ross, a 28-year-old video director.

The Traitors Betting

Business manager Paul had been the 5/1 favourite to win The Traitors going into episodes 4, 5 and 6, priced at 5/1 by Betway (16% implied chance) in a market subsequently pulled by the bookmaker. It remains to be seen whether the market will be reactivated in time for tonight's episode 7.

Last week, Paul attracted 90% of the bets to win the show through oddschecker. He survived questioning at the roundtable after returning to breakfast in episode 5 ahead of Meg, who had been expected to depart by the 'faithfuls'.

The only other player to receive backing through oddschecker was army engineer Harry, whose name has yet to come at the roundtable so far. He was a 7/1 shot before last week’s action but would be much closer to even money seven days on.

Who has left The Traitors so far?

Name Episode Banished or Murdered
Aubrey 2 Murdered
Sonja 2 Banished
Kyra 3 Murdered
Brian 4 Banished
Ash 4 Banished
Meg 5 Murdered
Jonny 5 Banished
Tracey 6 Murdered
Anthony 6 Banished

The first person to be murdered by the traitors was Aubrey, while Sonja followed as the first to be banished at the roundtable. Kyra was the third contestant to leave this year’s show as victim of the traitors' second murder.

In last week’s episodes, Brian, Ash (the first and only traitor to leave so far), Jonny and Anthony were banished at the roundtable, while Meg and Tracey were murdered.

When is The Traitors Episode 6?

The highly anticipated episode 6 of The Traitors airs on BBC One and BBC iPlayer on Wednesday 17th January at 9pm. Episodes 5 and 6, meanwhile, will air at the same time on the Thursday and Friday, available on iPlayer on the same night it airs on BBC One.
