Dancing On Ice Odds 2024: Who is the favourite to win Dancing On Ice?

The top three celebrities in the Dancing On Ice outright winner market are separated by less than one betting point.

After the grand opening of the 16 series of ITV’s Dancing On Ice kicked off last Saturday with the first six celebrities taking to the ice, week two sees the next six slip, slide and shimmy their way to a hopeful crown in eight weeks’ time.

They will have to impress both the judges and the public alike in order to remain in the competition. After the judges have scored the routines, the public will vote, with the bottom two heading into an elimination ‘Save Me Skate’ where the judges will then decide who stays, and who goes.

Last week, we saw the likes of 2012 Olympic gold medallist Greg Rutherford take to the ice along with former S-Club singer Hannah Spearritt and former pro boxer Ricky Hatton.

Hatton finished in bottom place last week with a score of just 12.5 out of 40, with a rather predictable skate to Bill Conti’s ‘Gonna Fly Now’ - more commonly known as the ‘Rocky’ theme tune. Hatton is already on the canvas and will find himself in the bottom two this week along with another act from this week’s show.

After week two, the celebrities will come together to perform every week. Celebrities performing this week include another Olympian in Eddie ‘the Eagle’ Edwards, BBC Radio 1 presenter Adele Roberts and comedian Lou Sanders.

But, who will take the 2024 Dancing On Ice crown?

Who is the favourite to win Dancing On Ice 2024?

Ryan Thomas is the bookmakers’ favourite to win Dancing On Ice 2024 at a best price of 7/2 (implied 22% chance) on Star Sports. He is a shortest price 9/4 on the oddschecker grid.

While Hatton is tipped to the be the first to go on his reality TV debut, Thomas is the opposite as a man well-versed in the art of the genre.

Thomas, who has also appeared on Celebrity Big Brother, Celebrity Antiques Road Trip and Celebrity MasterChef, may well be favoured due to his reality TV know-how.

Not far behind him in the odds race are Made in Chelsea star Miles Nazaire. Another man with a filmography littered with reality show appearances, he is tipped at 4/1 to win (best price on Sky Bet). Normally finding himself in first place, Greg Rutherford is the bronze favourite for victory at 4/1 with the same bookmaker.

Also in the top five is yet another from the reality TV ranks in former Love Island winner-turned West End actress, Amber Davies, who is down at 11/2 for victory on William Hill. The fifth favourite is Lou Sanders, who is an outside bet at 8/1 but has high expectations to deliver engaging and humorous routines - think Bill Bailey on Strictly.

That’s the top five, but will there be a surprise in store?
