Hannah Fry is the 1/2 favourite to be the next player banished from The Celebrity Traitors, ahead of Thursday's fifth episode on BBC One. Suspicion has been growing since Episode 3, when the Traitors recruited her rather than murdering anyone.
James Blunt is second favourite at 7/2 after Julie Hesmondhalgh turned out to be a Faithful, while Michael Sheen is the 2/1 favourite to win the series.
Celebrity Traitors Next To Be Banished Odds
| Player | Odds |
|---|---|
| Hannah Fry (Traitor) | 1/2 |
| James Blunt | 7/2 |
| King Kenny | 20/1 |
| James Acaster (Traitor) | 25/1 |
| Maya Jama (Traitor) | 33/1 |
| Bash Croft | 33/1 |
| Joanne McNally | 40/1 |
| Rob Beckett | 40/1 |
| Joe Lycett | 40/1 |
| Romesh Ranganathan | 40/1 |
| Ross Kemp | 50/1 |
| Jerry Hall | 50/1 |
| Sharon Rooney | 66/1 |
| Miranda Hart | 66/1 |
| Michael Sheen | 80/1 |
| Leigh-Anne Pinnock | 100/1 |
Why Hannah Fry Is Favourite to Be Banished
Fry joined the Traitors in Episode 3, and the Faithfuls have been watching her ever since. Miranda Hart said she was certain Fry had been recruited after the crypt mission, where Fry lost a shield contest to Myha'la. In Episode 4, Fry hesitated over taking a shield, which made King Kenny wary of her too. "She held off to make herself look a bit innocent," he told his fellow faithfuls. At the round table she defended Julie and then voted for Jerry Hall, and suspicion centred on how her behaviour had changed. Julie predicted what might come next in her exit interview: "I think they're going to get Hannah. I don't think any of the comics are looking at James A."
James Blunt Banishment Odds
Blunt is the only other player priced shorter than 20/1. He and Joanne McNally were convinced Julie was a Traitor and pushed the case against her.
He now appears to have now put himself in the frame. He told the group: "I'm so sorry, that's my fault."
"He's been wrong about every theory he's came up with," said Rooney.
Julie was banished on a 9–6–1–1 vote even though the group had voted her most trustworthy in Episode 1. Once she was revealed as a Faithful, the room started looking at Blunt instead. If Fry survives Thursday's round table, he looks the most likely player to go instead.
Who Has Left Celebrity Traitors So Far?
Five players have gone. The Traitors murdered Amol Rajan in Episode 2 and Bella Ramsey in Episode 4. Richard E. Grant made history in Episode 3 as the first Traitor in the UK version to be banished at the first round table, after telling Joe Lycett "I am a Traitor" on day one. Myha'la followed him later in that episode after she had defended him at the round table. Julie went in Episode 4.
Acaster and Jama Odds as the Hide-and-Seek Murder Looms
James Acaster is 25/1 and Maya Jama is 33/1 to be banished, so neither Traitor is attracting much suspicion. Episode 4 finished with a hide-and-seek twist. The Traitors shortlisted Rob Beckett, Ross Kemp, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Romesh Ranganathan for a face-to-face murder, and Leigh-Anne has a key that protects her.

Michael Sheen Favourite to Win Celebrity Traitors
Sheen is 2/1 to win and 80/1 to be banished next, so he doesn't seem to be under any suspicion. Acaster at 9/2 and Jama at 6/1 lead the Traitors, and Richard E. Grant is backing them: "I truly hope and believe that Maya and James Acaster are going to win." Miranda Hart is 9/1 after spotting Fry early. The players have banked £30,500 for charity so far, out of a possible £100,000.
