Full Terms and Conditions:

1. You must stake a minimum of £5 in cash with Ladbrokes on the Oddschecker products’ bet slip.
2. You can only qualify for a £5 free bet with Ladbrokes once per customer per specified race.
3. The promotional period runs from 2pm the day before the specified race until the official start time of the specified race.
4. Qualifying bets must be W/EW only.
5. Cashed out bets are excluded from this promotion.
6. For Each Way bets, both parts count towards the promotion. E.g. £2.50 E/W (total stake £5) would qualify for the promotion.
7. This promotion is only open to individuals aged 18 years and over and resident in the UK with a valid Ladbrokes account.
8. Qualifying bets must be placed from a customer funded balance. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them and the terms and conditions of Ladbrokes accordingly when participating in this promotion.
9. Free bet stakes are not included in any returns. Free bets will expire 7 days after crediting if not used. The maximum free bet is £5 per customer per race. This offer can only be claimed once per customer per race. Any customers who have been free bet excluded by Ladbrokes will not be eligible to receive a free bet as part of this promotion.
10. All customer offers, promotions, bonuses and prizes are strictly limited to one per person, family, household address, email address and I.P address. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the availability of promotions to any customer or group of customers at any time.
11. Promotional offers are intended to enhance a player's enjoyment of the games and any attempts to manipulate or abuse a bonus or abuse the spirit of this promotion will not be tolerated and may lead to forfeiture or blocking of any points, bonuses, prizes and/or winnings under this promotion as well as an immediate exclusion from this and future promotions and/or closing of the account. The promoter in its reasonable discretion will decide what amounts to manipulation or abuse of bonus promotions.
12. In the case of any breach of these terms and conditions or a customer becoming ineligible to participate in the promotion (Oddschecker's reasonable discretion), the promoter reserves the right to withhold payment of any promotional amount, free stake or bonus.
13. The promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion without notice.
14. The promoters decision on a dispute in relation to this promotion will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
15. The promoter accepts no responsibility for data errors, points delays or payment errors during the promotion.
16. The promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
