Premier League Darts Finals Nights Accumulator Tip

Double @ 19/20 (QuinnBet)

Luke Littler v Gerwyn Price  - Luke Littler Win @ 2/5 (QuinnBet)

The first of Thursday night’s two semi-final ties sees Luke Littler take on Gerwyn Price. At one point a couple of years ago, Price was very much a thorn in Littler’s side, holding a strong record against him.

That, however, is no longer the case. The Nuke has since turned the tables, winning all six of his meetings with the Iceman in this year’s Premier League.

It is also worth noting that the pair met at the semi-final stage on finals night 12 months ago, a match Littler won 10-7. A repeat of that scoreline would not be a surprise here.

Jonny Clayton v Luke Humphries  - Luke Humphries Win @ 2/5 (QuinnBet)

It has been something of a recurring theme in the Premier League over the past few years, but I can’t see anything other than an all-Luke final on Thursday night. As such, I’m backing Luke Humphries to come through his semi-final tie with Jonny Clayton. The reigning Premier League champion was off the boil for long spells of the campaign, but he has clicked into gear at just the right time.

Cool Hand arrives at the O2 in strong form, having won one and finished runner-up across the closing two nights of the regular season, and I think he’ll prove too strong for Jonny Clayton in a race to 10. The Ferret has thrived on his return to the Premier League this year, although it is worth pointing out that he fell at the first hurdle in three of the final five nights of the league phase.

Premier League Darts Winner Tip

Luke Humphries To Win the Premier League @12/5 (BetVictor)

Luke Littler is the understandable favourite to win the Premier League title on Thursday night, but I think the value lies with Luke Humphries at best odds of 12/5 with BetVictor. Cool Hand looks to be peaking at just the right time ahead of this year’s O2 showpiece.  He may also hold the psychological edge if he meets Littler in the final, having toppled the teenage trailblazer in each of the past two weeks, including a 6-1 demolition last Thursday.

On top of that, the two players contested last year’s final, when Humphries was crowned champion courtesy of an 11-8 victory.

Premier Leage Finals Night Most 180's Tip

Luke Littler Most 180s On The Night  @ 21/20 (Bet365)

One Luke Littler-based selection I am keen to back on Thursday night is for him to hit the most 180s. The Warrington wonderkid’s heavy scoring has become one of his trademarks since bursting onto the scene, and this campaign he’s continued to fire in 180s for fun. The Nuke has already rattled in a tournament-high 121 maximums in this year’s Premier League. With the prospect of two matches on finals night, Littler looks well placed to increase that tally.

Even in defeat to Humphries in last year’s final, Littler still came out on top in the 180 battle 10-5, which only strengthens the case for siding with him to rack up the most maximums on Thursday night at best odds of 21/20 with Bet365.
