Ralf Rangnick’s Manchester United will host BSC Young Boys tonight with qualification as Group F winners already secured. Rangnick has confirmed there will be changes for tonight’s game but with squad players coming in and looking to impress the new manager we can expect United to replicate the high intensity performance we’ve seen in their last two matches.
Young Boys have a chance to secure Europa League qualification this evening with a win but they are also reliant on Villarreal winning away at Atalanta.
Rangnick has been keen for his team to play on the front foot and be careful not to concede too many counterattacks, if all goes to plan for United their chances of winning both halves and having the most corners in each half looks promising at 8/1.
Man Utd to win both halves
In their last four matches in England, Youngs Boys have drawn one and lost three and in three of those matches they have trailed at half time. With an improved defensive solidity off the back of a clean sheet against Crystal Palace, United will be confident they can display their attacking prowess to win both halves.
Man Utd to have the most corners in each half
In the four halves of football Manchester United have played at home so far in the Champions League they’ve led in corners in three of them. Against the weakest team in Group F tonight the chances of them surpassing Young Boys for corners in each half looks likely.
