Portsmouth to beat Accrington

Portsmouth are in fine form as they aim to make a surge for the playoffs under Danny Cowley. It’s four wins from five for Pompey and the goals are starting to flow with 14 goals scored in that run and they’ll fancy their chances against an Accrington side who much prefer playing the bottom half teams. Against the top half Stanley have come out on the wrong side and with confidence firmly back in the home camp they should outscore their visitors.

Wigan to beat AFC Wimbledon

Wigan know they have the likes of MK Dons, Oxford and Sheffield Wednesday closing down on them so every game is massive for Leam Richardson and his side. They did suffer a rare home loss against Sunderland last week but bounce back midweek with a routine 2-0 win over Fleetwood. The hosts will be confident of dispatching an AFC Wimbledon side without a win in 15 games.

Ipswich to beat Fleetwood

Ipswich have certainly improved since Kieran McKenna came in as manager. Defensively they have been excellent, conceding just five goals in their last 12 games and offensively their process has been strong but they’ve sometimes failed to take their plentiful chances and turn their dominance into wins. However, that will come for them and they look a nice odds-against price to beat a Fleetwood side who have just had two tough away games at Portsmouth and Wigan this week.

Oxford to beat Burton

Oxford are the league's top scorers this season and their consistently strong attacking output means their games are great value from a watching perspective. It can leave gaps to exploit at the back but often they simple outscore opponents and that should be the case again as they host mid-table Burton. The Brewers could see their season dwindle out with not much to play for whereas Oxford have their sights set on a promotion charge. The U’s have scored two or more goals in four of their last five games.
