The oddschecker team have picked out a treble for Friday's football covering action in the Championship & League Two.
15:00 Friday
Stoke win + 2.5 Goals vs Bristol City
Michael O’Niell’s Stoke returned to winning ways with a clinical 3-1 display against West Brom last Saturday. The Potters have started to build some momentum and will certainly be tough opposition next year in the Championship. They have a young talented attacking group which will cause most sides problems including their opponents on Bristol City. The away side are all but safe in the Championship on 45 points and have been scoring goals as recent. We can see a Stoke win and lots of goals in this one.
15:00 Friday
Port Vale win vs Hartlepool
Port Vale are one of the most in form sides in the EFL and have put themselves in contention for automatic promotion, it is also still mathematically possible for them to win the league. They haven’t lost in the league since the 5th March and have picked up impressive wins against Mansfield Town, Sutton United and Salford City along the way. They face a Hartlepool side who have impressed on their return to the football league and will be content with their midtable finish. They haven’t won the league in their last four attempts and with a Port Vale side who are in great form they’ll fancy their chances.
15:00 Saturday
Exeter win vs Colchester
Exeter are another team flying in League Two, you have to credit to Matt Taylor and the work he’s done at St James Park having taken the side that finished ninth in the league last year to a real chance of playing in League One next year. They face a Colchester side who are almost safe but will probably need a few results at the end of the season to ensure their stay in League Two next season. Exeter have won their last three and face a Colchester side who have only won six games away from home this year.
