Liverpool come into this Champions League semi-final in scintillating form, especially at Anfield, having lost just once here in their last 24 games. They have won three of their last four games at home however they did suffer a 1-0 loss to Inter Milan in the round of 16.

The Yellow Submarine know the difficulty of task the in front of them, however, they will be buoyed by their terrific defensive display against Bayern in the previous round. They were tactically aware and managed to keep the German champions at bay conceding just once across the tie.

Their away form in this season’s competition has been outstanding with only one loss on the road against Man Utd. We fancy Emery’s men to keep this tight and therefore a 1-0 or 2-0 to Liverpool seems the most likely result in the first leg. 

Inter Milan to win vs Bologna

Inter’s hopes of a Serie A title hang in the balance, they know a win here would catapult them into first position and they would lead AC Milan by one point with four games remaining. Their recent form has been nothing short of spectacular, they have won five games on the bounce including a huge 3-0 win against title contenders AC. We can’t see anything other than a win for Internazionale in this one.

Middlesbrough to win vs Cardiff

Our final selection for this Wednesday treble comes from the Championship where Middlesbrough take on Cardiff. Admittedly both sides are in poor form, the home side are winless in their last five games meanwhile the Welsh side are winless in their last three games. Middlesbrough know that anything other than win will all but end their playoff hopes so we’re opting for a win for the home side at this crucial stage of the season.
