Luton Town to beat Reading

Fresh off their 7-0 humiliation away to League Champions Fulham at Craven Cottage on Monday, Luton Town return home where they’ll be looking to secure their place in the playoffs by clinching victory. It would be a dream come true for the ‘Hatters’ and they welcome a Reading side who have absolutely nothing to play for. The ‘Royals’ are safe but have lost over half of their road matches this season. It’s hard to see anything but a home win here.

15:00 Saturday

Exeter City to beat Port Vale

It was a huge weekend for Exeter last week as they were able to capitalise on Forest Green Rovers' loss to Harrogate and jumped to the top of the table. They’ve already guaranteed promotion but they know that a win here would see them promoted as Champions. Port Vale have lost their last three matches and need to win here, or for other results to go their way, to secure a playoff spot. This should be an end-to-end match but ultimately, Exeter are dominant at home and should win and finish the season by lifting the trophy.

15:00 Saturday

Bristol Rovers to beat Scunthorpe United

The ‘Gas’ can still clinch the final automatic promotion spot, all they have to do is better Northampton Town’s result. The hosts welcome rock-bottom Scunthorpe United to the Memorial Stadium and anything but a home win would be a huge shock considering the visitors have won only four games all season and conceded a colossal 83 goals this campaign. I’m expecting the hosts to emerge victorious here.

15:00 Saturday

Swindon Town to beat Walsall

The ‘Robins’ occupy the final playoff place but do so by just a single point. Sutton United and Tranmere Rovers sit just below them in the table but can overtake Swindon Town should they lose here. However, Ben Garner’s side boasts the best away record in League Two having won 12 of their 22 road matches. Walsall won’t make it easy, they’ve won four of their last five at home but given what’s on the line, Swindon Town will be desperate to secure a victory in this one.
