France to win vs Denmark

Les Bleus start their Nations League title defence against Denmark at the Stade de France. Didier Deschamps’ side are the outright tournament favourites at a best price of 4/1 and currently odds on at a best price of 3/4 to win their opening fixture of this campaign. Deschamps’ squad boasts serious strength in depth and a number of the world’s best players with a preferred front two of Kylian Mbappe and Ballon D’Or favourite, Karim Benzema. France are in excellent form, winning three of their last four against Denmark while their opponents have struggled on the road, losing their last two away from home. We expect France to come away with all three points and start their Nation’s League campaign on the right foot.

Belgium to win vs the Netherlands

Belgium host the Netherlands in their Nations League opener and are likely to come into this one the fresher of the two sides. Other than Thibaut Courtois, who’s heroics in the Champions League Final helped secure the trophy, The Red Devils’ key players have had time to rest and recuperate following an intense season. Both Kevin De Bruyne and Romelu Lukaku should start and with Louis Van Gaal suffering from illness and Virgil Van Dijk expected to be rested we are backing Belgium to secure the three points.

Croatia to win vs Austria

Ralf Rangnick’s first game in charge of Austria is a challenging trip to the Gradski Vrt Stadium to face Croatia. Since their Euro 2020 exit at the hands of Spain, Croatia have won six of their last nine, drawing the other three. Croatia’s also have an excellent head to head record against their opponents, winning their last five against Austria and we expect this run to continue as they kick-off their Nations League campaign.
