Austria vs Denmark - BTTS

Both Austria and Denmark will have drawn confidence from their opening round matches having  beaten Croatia and France respectively. Both sides will know that a win would put them in pole position in Group 1 and we are expecting a game with plenty of attacking intent. Austria and Denmark have both found the back of the net with regularity of late, each managing to score in four of their last five matches. With that in mind, both teams to score in this one looks a promising angle.

France to win

The Nations League has thrown up plenty of upsets so far, not least when reigning champions France were beaten 2-1 at home to Denmark on Friday. Croatia were also the victims of an upset losing 3-0 to Ralf Rangnick’s Austria. We expect France to bounce back better from defeat provided they can eliminate the lapses in concentration that allowed Denmark back into the game. Historically, France have dominated this fixture with six wins in the last eight against Croatia.

Moldova to win

Moldova come into this fixture in the better form having picked up three points in their opening fixture against Liechtenstein. Meanwhile, Andorra struggled against Latvia losing 3-0 at the Daugava Stadium. In recent times Moldova have dominated this fixture with four wins from the last six between these two. With the confidence they will have drawn from their opening fixture we expect Moldova to secure another three points when they travel to Andorra on Monday night.
