SC Paderborn started their 2. Bundesliga campaign off with an impressive 5-0 victory over Karlsruher last time out and will be hoping for more of the same when they travel to Fortuna Dusseldorf on Friday.

Fortuna Dusseldorf started their campaign off with a 2-1 victory over FC Magdeburg in which they held off Magdeburg in the closing moments.

Paderborn have avoided defeat in 14 of their last 17 away matches in 2. Bundesliga and will feel confident that this can continue on Friday, we fancy Paderborn to take the victory. 

Shelbourne Win vs UCD

Both these teams sit in the bottom half of the Ireland Premier table and will meet on Friday where bottom place University College Dublin host Shelbourne.

Due to a postponement, the visitors ended up with a game off last weekend and will now be looking to get straight back into action with a bang.

UCD come into this game with some form having been able to end to their six-match streak without a victory but without a single win this campaign in front of their own support there is a worry that they will return to losing ways.

Given UCD’s awful home results we fancy Shelbourne who have had a week longer to prepare for this game to take the victory.

Dundalk Win + BTTS vs Finn Harps

Dundalk will be hoping to get back to winning ways after on Friday after failing to win in consecutive games.

The two teams are at opposite ends of the Ireland Premier table with the visitors hoping to push out of the relegation playoff places.

Dundalk will see this as the perfect fixture to get their season back on track after a couple of poor results on the bounce, especially since they are undefeated at home but to Finn Harps credit they have scored in three of their last four games so we fancy them to at least get one against Dundalk.
