Newcastle to beat Wolves

Following an unbeaten start to the season, Newcastle travel to Molineux to face a Wolves side who have only scored one goal and have a single point so far. Bruno Lage has since improved his squad with the signings of Goncalo Guedes and Matheus Nunes from Valencia and Sporting CP respectively. Newcastle’s shrewd additions in Nick Pope and Sven Botman have helped them to collect two clean sheets in their opening three games, with Pope making seven saves against Man City last weekend.

In this fixture last season, Wolves took all three points through a brace from South Korean forward Hwang Hee-Chan. Newcastle won the most recent meeting at St James Park last season 1-0 through a Chris Wood penalty. They have scored five goals this season to Wolves’ one, with three coming against the champions at home last weekend.

Newcastle will be looking to keep up their good form against a Wolves side who are yet to win this season to help affirm their steady progress since the change in ownership midway through last season.

Aston Villa v West Ham - Over 2.5 Goals

Both Aston Villa and West Ham have conceded over 11 goals between them, highlighting the leaky defences both teams are currently trying to solve. The attack isn’t much better either, Villa are the only team to score between the two, with West Ham yet to score a goal this season in the Premier League.

In the last four Premier League encounters, West Ham won all four against the Villans, with all four games finishing with over 2.5 goals. While West Ham’s form doesn’t give us any assurance as to whether they’ll be able to keep up their good run against Aston Villa, there is a high chance of goals galore at Villa Park on Sunday with both attacks having a good chance to find the back of the net.

Tottenham to win and both teams to score

After picking up seven points from their first three games, with seven goals scored and only 3 conceded, Antonio Conte’s side travels to the City Ground to face Nottingham Forest. Spurs have so far scored in every game this season and Forest have scored in their last two games.

Forest have added Emmanuel Dennis to their front line, who scored 10 goals in a struggling Watford side last season. He already has an assist to his name in a Forest shirt, coming in the EFL Cup game against Grimsby. 

With the likes of Harry Kane and Heung-Min Son, Spurs have the potential to breeze past their opponents on Sunday, and we think they’ll do so with both teams scoring.
