Champions League Winner: Manchester City

Manchester City have been on the periphery of Champions League glory in recent years and are starting to feel like the bridesmaid of the competition; however, with the introduction of Erling Haaland it has certainly made Pep Guardiola’s Man City a scary proposition not only domestically but also in Europe. 

In just six matches the Norwegian international has score 10 goals and seems like the missing piece of the puzzle in Guardiola’s system. Manchester City have never won this competition and despite Premier League dominance for the last half decade, they are desperate to add a European title to their ever-growing trophy cabinet. 

The Citizens are currently favourites to win the competition at 11/4, whilst PSG are second on this list at 6/1. Last year's beaten finalists Liverpool and winners Real Madrid can be found at the best price of 7/1 and 11/1 respectively. 

Europa League - Winner

Europa League Winner: Arsenal

Unlike the Champions League, the Europa League will see the best-placed third teams drop down from the Champions League and join. Traditionally, these teams become automatic favourites in the market but there are still some solid teams in the market while the group stages are being played. 

Arsenal can be found at the best price of 6/1. The Gunners have found some consistency at the start of the year and the signings of Jesus and Zinchenko have given Arsenal greater attacking quality.

One concern is Arsenal's lack of depth and if this good league form continues will Arteta have to decide between a possible high league position or a European trophy but when looking at the current teams you have to fancy the Gunners to really make a deep run in this competition. 

Europa Conference League - Winner

Europa Conference League Winner: Villarreal 

Jose Mourinho's Roma won the inaugural Europa Conference League, beating Dutch side Feyenoord in last year's final, but could Villarreal be the team to watch in 2022/23? 

Former Arsenal manager Unai Emery has done an amazing job with Villarreal and was able to guide his side to a Champions League semi-final last year, but this did hinder their domestic form meaning they had to drop into the Europa Conference League places.

Villarreal have previously won the Europa League and have a history of doing well in European football, so at 7/1 will surely be fancied as winners for this even when the Europa League teams dropdown. 

West Ham can also be found at the best price of 7/1 and David Moyes’ side have certainly reinvested this transfer window signing a total of eight players and addressing the clubs lack of depth. They will certainly be one to watch but with Villarreal’s European experience you have to fancy the Yellow Submarine to go far in this competition.
