Newcastle to beat Nottingham Forest

Birmingham to beat Coventry

Despite snatching a point against Luton midweek, Coventry have struggled this season and are yet to secure their first win, sitting dead last in the Championship with two points. Coventry will make it an aggressive affair, but it’s Birmingham that have the freshness, the quality, and of course, hat-trick hero, Scott Hogan spearheading the attack.

Two important wins of recent for the Blues, including an impressive away feat vs West Brom, shows that John Eustace’s side have the gumption and skill to win a Midlands derby.

Exeter to beat Burton Albion

Burton’s woes this season have barely had time to rest. No team has conceded more goals out of the 92 teams in the top four divisions, and with one point on the board, it’s fair to say they currently don’t have what it takes to compete in League One.

Particularly against a well drilled Exeter side who when they win, win comfortably. The Grecians have had a mixed season and a brief blip saw them unlucky to lose their 2-0 lead to Shrewsbury midweek, but back in front of the Devon faithful, expect Exeter to add to Albion’s misery.

Leyton Orient to beat Walsall 

League Two table toppers, Leyton Orient, are unbeaten this season and have only dropped points once with an impressive seven wins and one draw so far this campaign. Their robust defence has seen them keep five clean sheets, and midfielders Moncur and Smyth are backing up their attack with a shared six goals from deep.

Walsall, however, are winless in six, and even that was courteous of an own goal. Their struggles in the final third make the already daunting task of beating the league leaders away from home even more so.
