Football Accumulator Tips: Tuesday’s 5/1 treble predicts a Brighton win

Brighton vs Nottingham Forest – Brighton 

Brighton will be looking to bounce back from a frustrating 2-0 loss to Brentford at the weekend and will be hoping for a win to stay in touch with the top of the pack. Roberto De Zerbi’s men were the dominant side at the weekend but failed to convert any of their 21 attempts on goal.

They remain 7th in the league with a game in hand on Newcastle and can go to 5th with a win vs Forest. They were unbeaten at home before losing to Tottenham last week and have now lost two on the bounce. 

Forest sit bottom of the league and seem to be struggling to pick up points. They have lost four of their last five games and are yet to win on the road this season. After bringing in a whole new squad, Cooper is finding it hard to create a solid team and that has shown in their performances.

We predict Brighton will get back to winning ways in this one. 

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers – Crystal Palace 

Crystal Palace came away with a point on their visit to the King Power at the weekend and they will probably we happy with that. Leicester looked the most threatening team on the day as Palace’s struggles on the road continued. They sit 13th in the league only two points off the relegation zone but will feel they have played well enough to be higher. With a talented attacking trio, they have the ability to create chances and it will just take time for them to really dominate games. 

Wolves come into this fixture off the back of a win that saw them climb out of the relegation zone. After sacking Bruno Lage last week, they remain on the hunt for a new manager, with Nuno Santo being heavily tipped for a return to Molineux. We think Palace will have a bit too much attacking talent for Wolves this week and will come out as narrow winners. 

Norwich City vs Luton Town – Norwich 

Norwich remain well in the mix for the title this year despite losing two on the bounce. Dean Smith will be disappointed that his side have taken their foot off the gas in the last couple of weeks, picking up only one point in their last three and have allowed several teams to claw their way back into the mix.

They welcome a Luton Town side who are unbeaten in six and are fighting for a play-off position once again. They looked good as they beat fellow title promotion contenders QPR at home. Despite the contrasting runs of form, we think Norwich win this one due to the strength of their squad and home advantage.
