Salzburg vs Chelsea – Chelsea

Graham Potter’s Chelsea remain unbeaten and will be disappointed to have conceded a late equaliser vs Manchester United at the weekend. They come into this game top of the group with only one loss to their name and they will be hoping to put distance between themselves and Salzburg, who are only one point behind.

Salzburg are top of the Austrian Bundesliga, losing only once, but have slowed down in recent weeks with three draws in their last five. They have been difficult to beat in Europe too, having won one and drawn three so far, and most notably picked up a point at Stamford Bridge in their last meeting.

However, given recent form, we think Chelsea will have too much for the Austrian side on the day and Potter’s fast start will continue.

Dinamo Zagreb vs AC Milan - AC Milan

The other teams in Group E face off in the second leg of our Tuesday night treble. Both sides are level on points may well determine who qualifies for the knockout rounds.

Dinamo Zagreb have had an excellent season so far and they will come into this fixture with confidence that they can be the ones to do just that. They remain unbeaten in the league, sitting top and have notably beaten Chelsea 1-0 earlier in the group stages. However, the last time they faced AC Milan, the Italians came out as comfortable 3-1 winners at the San Siro.

We expect the same to happen when they visit Croatia. The Italian champions have also been good in the league but have dropped points in Europe and will be looking to make up for it in the later stages of the group round. We think AC Milan will have too much for Zagreb on the day and will win this one to go 2nd in the group behind Chelsea.

RB Leipzig vs Real Madrid - Real Madrid

The reigning European champions visit Germany in the last leg of our treble. Carlo Ancelotti’s side will book their place in the knockouts with a win vs Leipzig and will be well en route to retain their title. They have been flying and remain unbeaten all season.

Leipzig have not been great this season. They sit 8th in the league and have been leaking far more goals than they would like. They sit 2nd in the group behind Madrid but still remain at risk of being knocked out, with Shakhtar breathing down their neck. The last time these sides met Real ran out as easy winners and we expect the same to happen again, and Los Blancos to book their places in the round of 16.
