Jordan vs Spain – Spain to score in both halves

The Spaniards are a young side this year and many believe they’ll be one for the future. Despite this, they remain one of thei favourites for the World Cup and Luis Enrique will be looking towards Jordan as a time to really build confidence within his ranks. Spain finished top of their Nations League group after beating Portugal 1-0 and they will be hoping to take that form into this tournament.

Jordan aren’t off to the World Cup this year and are the 84th ranked team in the world so they should be a pretty easy warm up for the Luis Enrique’s side this week. We think they should dominate and will win pretty comfortably so we’re going to go with Spain to score in both halves for this one.

Portugal vs Nigeria – Portugal & Over 2.5 Goals

The Portugal team have been in the headlines recently with Cristiano Ronaldo’s explosive interview airing not long before the start of the World Cup. Fernando Santos may not be happy with his star creating such tension in the dressing room right before the start of the biggest tournament on the planet but they have a warm up game vs Nigeria to iron it out.

Despite the Portuguese having potential problems in the camp, they remain a favorite coming into the tournament and will look at the Nigeria game as an opportunity to build momentum. Nigeria failed to qualify for this year’s tournament so won’t be looking for anything more than a run out. Portugal should beat them pretty comfortably.

Luxembourg vs Hungary – Hungary & Over 2.5 Goals

The Hungarians were a dark horse in this year’s Nations League. They finished their group second behind Italy after beating both German and England and will be disappointed that they didn’t qualify for the World Cup as it could have been an opportunity for them to go far, based on recent form.

They play a Luxembourg side who are ranked 92nd in the world and don’t have any players of note in Europe’s elite leagues. This should be a relatively straight forward victory for the Hungarians.
