The oddschecker team have picked out a 5/1 Tuesday treble covering action in the World Cup.
10:00 Tuesday
Argentina vs Saudi Arabia – Argentina & Over 2.5 Goals
Lionel Messi’s Argentina are one of the favourites to win the tournament this year and it is clear why. They have now gone 36 games unbeaten and come into this game off the back of a comfortable 5-0 win vs The UAE last week.
They play a Saudi Arabia team who are likely to struggle in the tournament and are the favorites to finish bottom of their group. With the quality and depth of the Argentine squad, and with Lionel Messi in hot form, this one has to go the way of the South Americans. A comfortable Argentina win for this one.
13:00 Tuesday
Denmark vs Tunisia – Denmark
The Danes were the dark horses of the Euro’s only a year ago and many believe they will be the same again this year. They qualified behind the Belgians last time out and made it to the semi-finals where they were beaten by England in extra time. Off the back of that success, they will come into this tournament and will be looking to do the same again.
They play a Tunisia side who we don’t believe will put up much of a fight. Along with Australia, they are one of the weaker teams in the group and shouldn’t cause Eriksen and co too many headaches. A Denmark win is the pick here.
19:00 Tuesday
France vs Australia – France & Over 2.5 Goals
The reigning champions start their retention campaign off vs Australia in a game that should be relatively straight forward for them. They have one of the best teams in terms of depth in the tournament, so it is no surprise they are one of the favourites yet again.
However, they have several injury worries so this may not be as plane sailing as they would have liked. Nevertheless, we see them winning pretty comfortably here against an Australian side who don’t pose too much of a threat. A France win and over 2.5 goals in the play for this one.
