The oddschecker team have picked out an 8/1 Monday treble covering action in the World Cup.
Cameroon v Serbia – Serbia win & over 1.5 goals
Serbia take Cameroon in the early kick off and will be hoping to rebound after their 2-0 defeat against tournament favourites Brazil. Cameroon also lost their first game courtesy of a Breel Embolo goal.
Both teams know that a draw will not help either of their chances of getting our of Group G and will certainly been keen to win this game and it may turn in to a shootout, if this does happen you’d fancy Serbia to take a win with their attacking talent.
We fancy Serbia to nick this game and some goals in this game as well, so going to go for the Serbia win and over 1.5 goals.
Brazil v Switzerland – Brazil win & over 1.5 goals
Tournament favourite Brazil started of their campaign with a convincing 2-0 victory over Serbia and certainly face tough opponents in Switzerland.
Brazil talisman player Neymar will be out for the remainder of the group games but Brazil showed in their win over Serbia they have a squad strong enough to overturn this loss and you’d imagine Switzerland will approach this game similar to how Serbia did and give them a lot of the balls.
With a deep squad and the potential to score goals all over the pitch, we fancy a Brazil win and over 1.5 goals in this one.
Portugal v Uruguay – Portugal
For the late kick off Portugal will face Uruguay in what will be an exciting clash. Both teams will certainly go out and attack and Portugal have a strong squad with a good mix of youth and experience in their ranks.
Uruguay have an aging squad but should good signs in their 0-0 draw against South Korea but certainly face a different beast in Portugal who have talent all over the pitch.
We fancy a Portugal win in this one.
