Plymouth vs Wimbledon – Plymouth 

Plymouth are flying high at the top of league one and look set to challenge for the title in the business end of the season. They remain only one point behind Ipswich and remain hot on their heels, although both teams form has dropped in recent games. Plymouth have only won one in their last five, so will be looking towards this game as an opportunity to get back to winning ways. They beat Charlton in the second round of the EFL Cup so they will be looking to go as far as possible. 

They host a Wimbledon side who are a league below and are floating around mid-table. Although they play in a lower division, Wimbledon will come into this game thinking they can win. They are the team in better form coming into this fixture, going unbeaten in eight in the league so this will be no easy game for Plymouth. Despite this, we do think Plymouth have the better team and their quality will shine through.

Portsmouth vs Stevenage – Portsmouth 

Portsmouth are competing around the play-offs this season and look set to battle it out in the second half of the season. They sit 8th in League One, only two points off the play-offs but have seen their league form drop in recent games, going winless in their last five. They host a Stevenage side who are competing at the top of League Two and are only four points of Leyton Orient at the top. 

They come into this game in good league form, going unbeaten in six but face a much tougher task on their visit to Fratton Park. They face a side who are competing for Championship promotion and a side with much more quality and depth within their ranks. We think Portsmouth, despite their poor form of late, will show why they are a league above and will progress in the cup.

Lincoln vs Everton U21 – Lincoln 

The final game in our Tuesday treble sees Lincoln host Everton U21’s and we think Lincoln’s experience at this level could be the difference between these two sides on Tuesday night. Nevertheless, Everton U21’s could give the League One side a good game.

Lincoln aren’t in great league form, with only one win in their last six league games so will be hoping for a good performance to get them back to winning ways and we think they’ll do just that.
