The oddschecker team have picked out a 10/1 Saturday treble covering action from the Scottish Premiership.
12:30 Saturday
St Mirren vs Aberdeen - Aberdeen to Win
Aberdeen come into this one off the back of consecutive defeats against Celtic and Rangers. Jim Goodwin’s side will see their trip to St Mirren on boxing day as an opportunity to get back to winning ways.
It will be a tough task against a St Mirren side who sit just four points behind Aberdeen with two games in hand. As a result of postponements, St Mirren haven’t played a competitive match since the 12th of November when they earned a valuable point at home to Rangers.
We think Aberdeen’s match fitness could well get them over the line here and 8/5 looks fair value for them to get the job done.
14:00 Saturday
Dundee Utd vs Hearts - Hearts to Win
Hearts returned to action with an impressive 3-1 win over Kilmarnock at the weekend and they’ll be full of confidence as they travel to Dundee on Christmas Eve.
Despite looking vulnerable at set pieces, Robbie Nielson’s side looked dangerous in attack and will fancy their chances against a Dundee side who have picked up just three points in their last five Premiership matches.
Hearts sit one point behind Aberdeen in 4th place and have a game in hand and we are backing them to get the win on the road. Hearts’ quality and match fitness should be enough to see them pick up all three points at best odds of 13/10.
14:00 Saturday
Hibernian vs Livingston - Hibernian to Win
The final leg of our acca covers the action from Easter Road as Hibernian welcome Livingston. Both sides have been inconsistent in the League and come into this one off the back of defeats against Rangers and Celtic.
With neither side in particularly good form we are backing Hibernian to make the home advantage pay and pick up a much needed three points on Saturday afternoon.
