Fulham vs Southampton – Fulham 

Fulham will be happy with their 3-0 demolishing of nine-man Crystal Palace and next face a Southampton side who are seemingly in free fall. The Saints currently sit at the bottom of the Premier League table after a 3-1 defeat to Brighton on Boxing Day. 

Fulham will be happy that their main man Mitrovic was able to get on the scoresheet last time out and he will certainly fancy his chances against the second leakiest defence in the Premier League. 

Fulham have only lost twice at home this season and, because of this, we predict this will be a tough day for Southampton and the Cottagers will walk away with the win.

Newcastle vs Leeds – Newcastle win & over 2.5 goals

Before Manchester City beat Leeds Newcastle were 2nd in the Premier League and the Magpies have been in amazing form. They have only tasted defeat once in Premier League and have won their last five games on the bounce. 

It looks like Leeds United will be fighting at the bottom end of the table after a 3-1 defeat against City straight after the restart. Jesse Marsch’s men have only picked up one away win this season and the American will know that Newcastle are yet to taste a home defeat this season.  

Eddie Howe’s men have seen a win and over 2.5 goals in four of their last five games and with a lowly Leeds next, we expect this to continue.

Manchester City vs Everton – Manchester City win to nil 

Manchester City restarted their campaign off with a comfortable 3-1 win over Leeds and face an Everton side who are staring relegation in the face. Frank Lampard is currently the favourite to get the sack next and with Everton’s poor results you can see why. 

Haaland has already notched up 20 goals on his own, which is eight more than the Toffees (12) have managed as an entire team.

We feel with Everton’s lack of firepower and Manchester City’s wealth of attacking talent, this will be a routine day in the office for Pep Guardiola’s men. Manchester City to win to nil.
