Brentford vs Liverpool – Both Teams to Score
Brentford welcome Liverpool to the Brentford Community Stadium on Monday night and will feel they have a good chance of taking points off Klopp’s side.
They followed up a well earned point against Spurs on Boxing Day with a win over West Ham last time out and should go into this one full of confidence in front of the home fans.
Liverpool have secured maximum points since the resumption of the League, making their way up to sixth in the table as a result. Despite Darwin Nunez’s struggles in front of goal, Liverpool have been able to find the back of the net with regularity scoring five in their last two. With both sides in good goalscoring form, we are backing both teams to score in Monday’s Premier League clash.
15:00 Monday
Birmingham vs Middlesbrough – Middlesbrough to win
The away team are the bookmakers' favourites to pick up all three points from their trip to the Midlands and for good reason, with Michael Carrick’s side winning their last two and scoring six in the process.
In contrast, Birmingham have struggled of late losing their last two to Burnley and Hull City and failing to get on the scoresheet. In front of a home crowd they’ll feel they have a chance to regain some form but we are backing Carrick’s side to get the job done and make it three from three.
15:00 Monday
Norwich vs Watford – Norwich to win
At around even money, Norwich look a generous price to secure victory against a struggling Watford team who have conceded six and failed to score in their last two matches. Norwich haven’t been in great form themselves but a point against Reading last time out will restore some confidence.
With half an eye on impressing a prospective new manager and the home support, we think the Norwich players have enough quality to pick up all three points on Monday afternoon.
