Arsenal vs Brentford – Arsenal 

Mikel Arteta’s side survived their first real slip up of the season last week after City failed to capitalise on their defeat to Everton, under new boss Sean Dyche. The Gunners have managed to keep their five goal league on the reigning champions and Arteta will be sure to minimise slip ups from now till the rest of the season. 

They host a Brentford side who are competing well once again this season and who come into this game in excellent form. They have gone nine unbeaten in the league now and sit 7th in the table, only a point behind Brighton. Although they are in excellent form, we can see Arteta’s men coming out with something to prove. They will be looking for a bounce back performance, and to Brentford’s dismay we think they’ll get it. An Arsenal win for this one.

Crystal Palace vs Brighton – Brighton 

The second leg of our FavFour sees a high flying Brighton side visit a Palace team with little aspirations this year. The Eagles are currently floating around mid-table; without a win in five, they face the possibility of being drawn into the relegation battle. They sit only six points above Everton in 18th and should their poor form continue they could see their season trajectory change for the worse. 

Brighton on the other hand are high flying in 6th place. They have won three of their last four and will be looking to make it five unbeaten in the league on their visit to South London. Unfortunately for Palace, we think they’ll manage this and take all three points down south with them.

Fulham vs Nottingham Forest – Fulham 

Fulham started to season incredibly well, but in recent weeks they have seen their form drop and they have dropped down the table. With two losses in their last three, they now sit 8th in the table and have been drawn into the battle in the middle of the pack rather than competing for Europe. 

They host a Forest side who have seemed to have turned their season around. After a terrible start which saw many mention them as favorites for the drop, Steve Cooper’s side has climbed to 13th off the back of an impressive five-game unbeaten run. However, despite their good form, we do think Fulham will have a bit too much for them on the day and they won’t be able to take any point away from Craven Cottage. A Fulham win here.

Leicester vs Tottenham – Tottenham 

Finally, the last game of our FavFour sees Spurs travel to the East Midlands. Both sides come into this game after impressive victories. Leicester’s high press overcame Unai Emery’s Aston Villa, whilst Tottenham were able to beat City in North London. 

Both teams haven’t had the best of seasons but they will be hoping they are about to turn their seasons around, and the winner of this one could just well do that. Leicester have climbed out of the relegation zone and a few more points on the board could secure their spot in the league, whilst Spurs sit only a point off the Champions League spots. We think this one will be a scrappy affair, however, we do think Harry Kane will lead his side to victory in this one and take all three points back to North London.
