AC Milan vs Tottenham – BTTS

Tottenham travel to the San Siro to face AC Milan in the first leg of their Champions League Round of 16 tie.

AC Milan have been falling behind the title favourites Napoli in Serie A, currently 18 points behind the leaders. They ended a five match winless run by beating Torino 1-0 last Friday, but their confidence is certainly low. They do not look the same side as they did last season, and only just kept their fifth clean sheet of the Serie A campaign in their latest win.

As for the visitors, following a 4-1 defeat to Leicester and learning of Rodrigo Bentancur being ruled out for the rest of the season, they will be particularly low on confidence as Conte returns to his old stomping ground for AC Milan’s rivals Inter. Spurs scraped through their group on the final gameweek, but could hold their own in the San Siro despite the injury concerns.

We think it will be a tight encounter, but with both teams suffering injuries and lacking strong defensive figures, we think both teams will get on the scoresheet in this one.

PSG vs Bayern Munich – Over 2.5 Goals and BTTS

The crunch match of the treble sees six time Champions League winners Bayern Munich travel to Paris to play Lionel Messi and co in a heavyweight clash.

The notable absence for PSG is star forward Kylian Mbappe, who is ruled out of the first leg through injury, but Neymar and Messi should be fit to play to cause problems for the German side. PSG have lost their last two games, to Marseille and Monaco respectively, and a third would leave them with a big mountain to climb in the second leg in March.

Bayern waltzed through their group, winning all six of their group stages games. They have lost just one game in all competitions this season and are always good value to go far in this competition. Already keeping five clean sheets out of six, it would be unwise to go against the Germans. However, since the Bundesliga’s restart, Bayern have failed to keep a clean sheet in all league games but one, which came against lowly Bochum.

With this in mind, we think it will be a goal feast, which will see both teams scoring and over 2.5 goals scored.

Birmingham vs Cardiff – Birmingham win

The final game of our Tuesday treble sees Birmingham face Cardiff at the bottom of the Championship.

The hosts beat West Brom 2-0 in their last outing to make it two wins from two, steering them away from the relegation spots. They have been impressive as of late, and the late turnaround at Swansea has breathed new life at St Andrew's.

As for Cardiff, no wins in 12 games in the league means they are right up against it. With Wigan picking up points, it might be a matter of time before they drop into the bottom three. Their winless run is only beaten by Blackpool’s 13 games without a win.

We think in front of their own fans, it will be John Eustace’s side who will triumph over the Bluebirds.
