Man Utd vs West Ham – Man Utd in 90 mins 

Fresh off the back of their first trophy in five years, United will come into this one eager to add another trophy to their collection. However, David Moyes’ West Ham stand in their way in the fifth round first. 

United will come into this one brimming with confidence and will have their eyes set on not only the victory but the final in June. As well as their success in the Carabao Cup, they also knocked Barcelona out of Europe and will feel they are the team to beat at the moment. 

West Ham, on the other hand, have struggled for large portions of this season and hover only two points above the drop. With big money signings coming in this past summer, the Hammers fans are not happy with their side's current performances and question marks around Moyes’ leadership are starting to arise. With United in such good form and West Ham’s struggles continuing, we can’t see anything other than a win for ten Hag’s side in this one.

Sheffield United vs Tottenham – Tottenham in 90 mins 

Championship highflyers Sheffield United welcome Harry Kane and Tottenham Hotspur in the FA Cup fifth round in the second match of Wednesday’s treble. 

Paul Heckingbottom’s side are currently 2nd in the Championship and look set to reclaim their place in the Premier League after a two-year hiatus. They will be looking to progress as deep into this competition as possible and prove they deserve to be back competing on the biggest stage in England.

They narrowly progressed past Wrexham in the last round, securing a replay with a 95th minute equaliser then going on to win 3-1 at Bramall Lane. They will take confidence from the fact that they are playing in front of a home crowd once again and will fancy their chances. 

However, unfortunately for them, they welcome a Spurs side who seem to have steadied the ship after a turbulent few weeks. They have won four of their last five in the league so will come into this game with confidence.

They are however, on the brink of elimination from the Champions League and may see this as their only other real opportunity to fight for silverware, hence then playing a strong team. We think the Premier League quality will shine through for this one and Spurs will breeze through to the next round of the FA Cup.

Liverpool vs Wolves - Liverpool 

The final game of our Wednesday treble features two struggling sides in the Premier League. Wolves have had a new manager in and have seen some expected resurgence in recent weeks. They have managed to claw their way out of the relegation zone but remain within only three points of Everton in 18th. 

They visit a Liverpool side who have been well below their usual standards this year. Klopp’s side are on the brink of elimination after a humiliating defeat to Real Madrid only a week ago and were held to a 0-0 draw with Palace at the weekend, making many question their ability to qualify for Europe this year. 

Off the back of two very poor performances from the reds, Klopp will surely be looking for a response and in front of a home Merseyside crowd, we think they’ll get one. Liverpool to win this one.
