The oddschecker team have picked out a 9/1 Wednesday treble covering the action from the Premier League and the El Clasico in the Copa del Rey.

Manchester United vs Brentford – Manchester United win
The first leg of our Wednesday treble sees Brentford make the trip to Old Trafford to play Manchester United.
The Red Devils come into this one having lost away at Newcastle, as their poor form away at the big sides goes on. The fire in their bellies will surely be extra hot, with redemption for the 4-0 defeat in the reverse fixture back in August on the cards.
The Bees have just one defeat in their last 16 games, with that coming away at a rejuvenated Everton. Within that, they’ve taken a point away from the Emirates (only Newcastle and Manchester City have achieved the same feat) and beat Manchester City at the Etihad, both grounds where Manchester United lost.
With Casemiro still out, Manchester United might struggle against a well-organised Brentford side but are fairly consistent at home, losing just once at Old Trafford this season. We think that will be enough to get them over the line, so Manchester United to win is our prediction for this one.

West Ham vs Newcastle – West Ham double chance
Fresh from their big win against Manchester United, taking them into the top four once again, Newcastle travel down to East London to face West Ham at the London Stadium.
West Ham are unbeaten in their last five league games at home going into this one, with their home form being critical to their survival chances, with just the one win away from home soil. They are unbeaten at the London Stadium in 2023, and will hope that run can continue.
Newcastle have faired well at the London Stadium, winning on three of their last five visits, losing just once. However, just a single win away from home in 2023 highlights they are a little more conservative on their travels since the turn of the year.
With that in mind, West Ham will be up for this one against a club flying high at the moment, and we think they’ll want to be resolute, which is why we have gone for West Ham to win or draw as a double chance.

20:00 Wednesday
Barcelona vs Real Madrid – Barcelona win + over 2.5 goals (in 90 minutes)
The final game sees the two dominant powerhouses in Spain face off in the fourth El Clasico of the season, as Barcelona welcome Real Madrid to the Nou Camp in the second leg of their Copa del Rey semi final.
Barcelona snatched a 1-0 victory from the Bernabau in the first leg, and will qualify as long as they don’t lose in 90 minutes. This is especially helpful for the Catalans when you take into account that they have won five of the last six encounters between them.
Real Madrid do not have the results on their side, but a 6-0 win over Real Valladolid, where Karim Benzema scored a hattrick means they come into this one with a bit of form. Their last gasp defeat to Barcelona before the international break will be a tough one to take, and will want to respond here.
With that in mind, it is Barca’s tie to lose, and we can see a similar scoreline from that league game in this one, with Real Madrid needing to win leading to an open game. We think Barcelona win and there will be over 2.5 goals in 90 minutes.
