Luton vs Middlesbrough – Luton

The first game of our Monday treble features a play-off battle between two promotion hopefuls. Both teams have had a real resurgence since being taken over by new managers and have seen their efforts rewarded with positions in this year's play-offs.

With their places already secured there isn’t too much at risk for either team, however, both will want to win this to best position themselves in the league. Although Middlesbrough have been excellent all season, it is Luton who come into this in better form. The home side have gone unbeaten in 11 games, and we think their form will continue. A Luton win for this one.

Atalanta vs Roma – BTTS

The second game of our Treble features Atalanta vs Roma in the Serie A. Roma are currently 4th in Serie A and have progressed to the semi-finals of the Europa League where they will face Bayern Leverkusen next month. They are the side in the best form coming into this but will face tough competition from 7th place Atalanta, who themselves are chasing European football.

With Juventus’ points deduction reversed for now they have seen their position in the league drop just outside of the top six so will be needing to gain as many points of possible from now till to end of the season for any chance of European football next year. They have conceded in half of their last six home games and Roma have scored in five of their last six so we can expect goals. For this reason both teams to score is the play here.

Bordeaux vs Grenoble – Bordeaux

Our final game of Mondays treble sees promotion chasing Bordeaux host 7th place Grenoble. Both teams come into this one winning three of their last five so will each feel as confident as the other. However, we think the hosts excellent home form will get them over the line in this one.

They have made the Matmut Atlantique a real fortress this year as they seek promotion back to Ligue 1, losing only twice all season at home. With the business end of the season fast approaching, we cant see this changing. A Bordeaux win.
