The oddschecker team have picked out an 11/2 Tuesday Treble covering the Champions League, Championship play-off and Turkish Super League.
18:00 Tuesday
Istanbulspor vs Galatasaray – Both Teams to Score
The first game of our Tuesday treble see’s league leaders Galatasaray travel to Istanbulspor in the Turkish Super League.
The hosts sit in 14th whilst Galatasaray are going for their 23rd Super Lig title, which would be their first since 2019’s victorious campaign.
In terms of form, both teams are within the top five for form from the last six games, and both teams have scored an average of over two goals a game in those six matches. The hosts will fancy their chances after a five-game unbeaten run which included three wins. However, they take on a Galatasaray side who have dropped just seven points from a possible 63 points, which will be a tough ask.
We think with both teams scoring form, both teams will get on the score sheet in this one.
20:00 Tuesday
Luton vs Sunderland – Both Teams to Score (in 90 minutes)
Sunderland travel to Luton for their Championship play-off second leg in the second game of our Tuesday treble, with the Black Cats coming into this one holding a tight 2-1 advantage over the Hatters.
Luton’s home form was a big factor as to why they were able to secure the third spot, having won five of their last six home games in the regular Championship season, which was only ended by a 0-0 in their dead rubber with Hull City. They have not featured in the top flight in 31 years, the longest of any of the other sides in the playoffs, and they will have to turn it around to a side they drew twice within the regular season.
As for Sunderland, the chance of back-to-back promotions is within their grasp, having been promoted via the League One play-offs last season. Their unbeaten run going back to mid-March, which coincidentally started with a 1-1 draw with Luton, was only beaten by the Hatters prior to the game last Saturday.
They will have real confidence going into this one, as they just need to avoid defeat to book another trip to Wembley. They have won four of their five away games.
It will be a nervy game at Kenilworth Road, with Sunderland looking to re-join the Premier League after being relegated in 2017, and just like the first leg and two fixtures between the sides in the regular campaign, we think both teams will score in 90 minutes.
20:00 Tuesday
Inter Milan vs AC Milan – Inter Milan win (in 90 minutes)
The second leg of the Champions League semi-final between Inter Milan and AC Milan completes our Tuesday treble, following an intriguing first leg.
Inter won 2-0 and look in pole position to try and emulate the team of 2010 by winning the Champions League. The Nerazzurri have won their last three games in all competitions against AC and with a two-goal lead in the bag, the away side will need to go for it to have any chance of qualifying for the final in Istanbul. They have won their last seven games in all competitions, including a 4-2 win over Sassuolo on the weekend.
As for Stefano Pioli’s side, their first-leg defeat was compounded after losing 2-0 at relegation-threatened Spezia, meaning they now sit 4 points being Lazio in the hunt for a place in next season’s Champions League. They are anxiously waiting on the fitness of Rafael Leao, who was so crucial in helping them beat Napoli in the quarter-finals, who missed the first leg against Inter. He could make the difference in the second leg if fit.
However, we think in front of their home fans, we think Simone Inzaghi’s side will book their place in the final with a win against their city rivals. Inter Milan to win in 90 minutes is our pick.
