England U21 vs Portugal U21 – England U21 to win

The first game of our Sunday treble focuses on the England U21 team in the knockout stage of the European Under 21 Championships as they play Portugal U21 in their quarter-final.

England won all their group games 2-0 and are yet to concede a single goal as they play a Portugal side who qualified for the knockout stage through a win via a last minute penalty against Belgium U21s.

With that in mind, and the quality of the England U21s, we expect a win for Lee Carsley’s young side.

France U21 vs Ukraine U21 – France U21 to win + Over 1.5 Goals

Another quarter-final between France U21 and Ukraine U21 is on the cards for Sunday, with both looking to see their side book a semi-final spot.

France topped their group with three wins and will look to edge past Ukraine to make their semi-final spot.

Ukraine are unbeaten and have looked a real top quality side in the group stage, which gives a hint to France that they won’t have it all their own way.

However, France do have some top quality players in their side, and should really expect to go deeper into the tournament. A win vs Ukraine, which we think they’ll do with at least two goals in the game, will only highlight their credentials to go on and win.

Atlanta United vs Philadelphia Union – Both Teams to Score + Over 2.5 Goals

The final game takes us to the MLS, where Atlanta United host Philadelphia Union. Philadelphia are sitting above Atlanta in 4th, but the hosts are only five points behind.

Atlanta will want their poor form of one win in seven to an end at home and bounce back from their poor display at against the New York Red Bulls.

As for Philadelphia, their big win against Inter Miami will surely mean they come into this one confidence and in with a chance of scoring.

We think that both teams will get on the scoresheet and over 2.5 goals will be scored in the game.
